Christofer V. Bressler

Christofer V. Bressler, age 61, a 17 year resident of Washington Twp. Michigan, passed away Thursday, August 20, 2026 at Henry Ford Warren Hospital. Christofer was born September 21, 1964 in Dover, New Jersey, the son of David E. and Kathleen L. (Fields) Bressler.

Christofer attended West Morris Central High School in 1982 and graduated from Pine Bush High School in 1983. Christofer was a landscaper for many years as well as working for Kings Supermarket. Christofer began his career at Chrysler in October of 1999 until his retirement in January of 2026 where his nickname was “Kid Rock”. Christofer married DeeAnne Cook, and they enjoyed 32 loving years together. Christofer was an Incredible, loving, hardworking, Husband and Father. Christofer loved spending time with his family, fishing, bowling, and living in the moment for every occasion without taking it for granted. On Sundays you would likely catch Christofer watching his Dallas Cowboys as he was a die-hard fan.

Christofer is survived by his wife, DeeAnne (Cook) Bressler, sons, Christofer “Quenten” Bressler, Stephen “Cambron” Bressler, Joseph Simonet and daughter-in-law Kellen Bressler. Siblings, William Bressler, Timothy (Vikki) Bressler, Erich (Allison) Bressler, and Amy (Tim) Ammeran, and grandchild, Ashton Jacob Bressler, with a second grandchild on the way. Christofer is preceded in death by his father, David E. Bressler on June 6, 2024, mother, Kathleen L. Bressler on December 12, 2025, and Godson, TSgT Christian Edward Bressler on August 25, 2023.
