Clifford G. Finkle

Clifford G. Finkle Jr., age 77, a resident of Bruce Township since 2013, and formerly of Shelby Township for over 30 years, suffered a devastating car crash and passed away Memorial Day, Monday May 26, 2025. Clifford was born in Pontiac, Michigan, on November 11, 1947 to Clifford and Helen (Edgett) Finkle. Cliff served in Vietnam from 1967 to 1968, and afterward attended Ranger School (Special Forces) where he graduated at the top of his class.

Cliff married Linda Bittner in 1983, in Mount Clemens, Michigan. He graduated from Oakland University in 1991 with a Bachelor’s Degree in History. Cliff worked as a Foreman for GM for over 30 years, then worked for 10 years for the City of Utica. He had a passion for cars and motorcycles.

Burial will be on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, 10:00AM at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.
