Daniel Everett White, age 73, passed away on May 31, 2025, peacefully at his home after complications from multiple strokes. He was born on September 29, 1951, in Columbus, Ohio. Dan lived a life marked by dedication to his family and career.
Dan was the son of JoAnne and Harrold White, both of whom preceded him in death. He grew up in Marion, Ohio and graduated from Ridgedale High School in 1969. He carried his Ohio roots proudly throughout his life. A devoted fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes, the Cleveland Indians, and Cleveland Browns.
Dan’s greatest pride was his family. He is lovingly remembered by his wife Debby of nearly 54 years, his son Jeremy (Malinda), his daughter Kimberly (Wes), and his five grandchildren: Eric, Nicholas, Ryan, Kaitlyn, and Nathan. Dan enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and supporting their various activities/sports. He also leaves behind two brothers, Jim (Carol) of Wisconsin, and Jeff of Missouri as well as several brother/sister in-laws and several nieces and nephews.
Professionally, Dan built a successful career with Western & Southern Life, which is now known as Western & Southern Financial Group where he worked for 34 years which included time as a Staff Manager and District Manager. His work ethic and commitment earned him respect of colleagues and clients alike. He approached his career with integrity and diligence and left a lasting impression on those he worked with over the years.
Dan’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. May his legacy bring comfort and strength to all during this difficult time.
A private celebration of life will be held to honor Dan’s life.
