On December 9. 2025, Felicia Iacono passed away surrounded by family after a long illness. Felicia was born in Detroit on April 25, 1937, the third child of Dominic and Lauretta (Marini) Randolfi. She graduated from Saint Gregory Catholic High School in 1955. After graduation, she worked as a hospital medical transcriptionist.

Felicia married Giovanni “John” Iacono in Detroit on October 25, 1958 after a three month courtship. They remained married for almost 50 years until John's death on March 19, 2008. She and her husband John moved to Almont in 1974 after they purchased Troia's Place Restaurant in Almont, Michigan. On weekends, Felicia could be seen at the restaurant working as a hostess, substitute waitress, and taking cash. She was a familiar smiling face to those who visited the restaurant. Felicia had a wonderful sense of humor which was sometimes delightfully sarcastic. She enjoyed watching television, ceramics, working with her flowers, and spending time with her family and pets.

Felicia is survived by her five children who adored her and cared for her: Laura (Carl) Volante, John Iaono, Rose (Mike) Deering, Linda (Chris) Hunt, and Jennifer (Bob) Benaglio. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Carla (Alex) Yang, Mario (Van) Volante, Geno (Alyssa) Volante, Giancarlo (Vicki) Iacono, Mariesa Deering, Samantha (Justin) Klaus, and Robert Benaglio as well as eight great-grandchildren and two (expected in 2026). She is also survived by her friend of over 80 years, Betty (Cosmo) DiCicco. Felicia was preceded in death by her aforementioned parents, her loving husband, Giovanni, her brothers, Albert and Louis, her sister Sylvia, and her granddaughter Antonia Iacono.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with a funeral service being held at 7:00 PM, all at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home.
