Jerry D. Dettloff

Jerry D. Dettloff, age 82 a Romeo resident since 1971 passed away on February 9, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. Jerry was born on October 28, 1938 the daughter of Robert and Lucille (Tiller) Hensley. She married Richard Dettloff on June 16, 1956 in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. She spent her time being a seamstress, doll maker, crafter, and loved her garden. Jerry loved her God, family, and always keptfamily traditions going such as making Ginger Bread houses with her grandchildren.   Jerry is survived by her loving husband Richard of Romeo. Children; Richard Jr. (Maxine) of California, Darryl (Kathy) of New Baltimore, David (Janice) of Clinton Twp., and Jane (Kenneth) Roeske of Washington Twp. Siblings; Dusty (Suzane) Hensley, Julie (Rick) Langtry, and Robin Hensley. Also, 16 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.   Funeral services will be private.
