Linda Lane Pillot

Linda Lane Pillot, age 74, of Almont, Michigan passed away on the morning of November 18, 2025. She was born in Charleston, West Virginia to Dorothy Ileen (Jones) Smith and Clifford Lawrence Smith. Throughout her career, Linda worked in multiple school districts in various capacities, including elementary teacher. Her hobbies included woodworking, stained glass, crocheting, and traveling. She was known for her commitment to her family, generosity, sense of humor and love of flowers, listening to music and getting together with friends.
Linda is survived by her husband, Ivo Pillot, her two children: Kristen Wilkinson (Calvin Wilkinson) and Mateo Pillot (Kelly Kruissel Pillot) 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025 from 1:00PM-8:00PM at Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home in Romeo, Michigan. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting to save your money and have a drink on Linda! (CHEERS)
