Michael L. Lefebvre

Michael L. Lefebvre DDS, age 81, a 24 year resident of Romeo, passed away July 8, 2025 at Shelby Crossing Health Campus in Shelby Township. Michael was born June 17, 1944 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Lucien and Agnes (O’Grady) Lefebvre. Michael attended Saint Agnes Catholic School, then University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. Michael became a Dentist in 1969 and practiced dentistry until retiring in 2008. In 1990, he married Marlene DeBuck in Shelby Township. Michael enjoyed golf, pickle ball, bowling, reading, traveling, feeding birds, and wildlife in his backyard, but most of all, his dachshund Max. Michael was also currently working at Heather Hills Golf Course.

Michael is survived by his wife, Marlene Lefebvre of Romeo, children Michael (Maureen) Lefebvre of Traverse City, Meagan (Eric) Pieper of Dexter, step-daughter Elaine VanHaverbeck of Bruce Township, grandchildren, Christian Lefebvre, Michael W. Lefebvre, Luke Pieper, Sophia Pieper, step-grandchildren, Joseph (Stephanie) VanHaverbeck, Renee Pickard, and 5 great-grandchildren, also many nieces and nephews. Michael is predeceased by his sisters, MaryJean (Bob) Johnson, Joanne (Roger) Beaudoing, also step-son, Allan DeBuck.

Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at St. John Lutheran Church (246 Benjamin St, Romeo, MI) , beginning at 11am.
