Raymond Oleskie

Raymond Oleskie, age 83, a resident of Shelby Township since 1971, passed away Sunday June 15, 2025 at Corewell Beaumont Hospital of Troy. Raymond was born May 23, 1942, the son of Cyril J. and Eunice (Curto) Oleskie. Raymond was a graduate of Utica High School. He married Kathleen (Preston) on July 20, 1968 at the Utica Evangelistic Center in Sterling Heights. Raymond worked for General Motors for 31 years before retiring. He enjoyed hunting, bowling, camping, and volunteering.
Raymond is survived by his wife, Kathy of Shelby Township, and sons Raymond (Tammy) Oleskie of Shelby Township, Joseph (Laura) Oleskie of Walled Lake, and Aaron (Aleesha) Oleskie of Macomb, grandchildren, Brooke (James) Kelleher, Kelsey (Kyle) Simonte, Tanner Oleskie, Kerrigan (Tyler) Simon, Nathan Oleskie, Emmalee Oleskie, Aiden Oleskie, Aspen Oleskie, Natalie Oleskie, and Victoria Oleskie, great-grandchildren, Judith, Paisley, and Lily.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 from 3:00-8:00 PM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 11:00AM at Momentum Christian Church (58956 Van Dyke Ave, Washington, MI 48094)
